Today we’re releasing new simple (for lames) converter that will change the way people use iPhones. This program runs on Windows.
So far you could convert your DivX/Xvid/MKV/FLV movies to the format that only iPhone accepts and enjoy it.. if your English was good enough to understand the plot..
Now we are getting on a next stage with ALLConverter to iPhone 1.0 Beta, where you only pick the movie (open folder or pick and drop) and do the same with the subtitles (txt, srt, smi, sub and so on). Pressing Convert, you will see live encoding with subtitles that will get melted in the movie.
Once you do this, the file (mp4) will appear in the same folder as original movie. Open ITunes, import this file and sync your iPhone or iPod to enjoy excellent quality with the subs built in.
the file you can download here
“Simple for lames”?
You do realize there’s no link anywhere, right?

It’s converter. You take any movie and put to this “iPhone like Converter” and next you take any subs, press Convert and very soon you will get the movie with added subs. The format and resolution lets you to play on the iPhone/iPod
Thank You for sharing your knowledge.
Nice!
Thanks!
hello
unfortunatly it didn’t work
what happend??
it happend that when i added move mp4 and subtitle it appeared only the first phrase from the entire subtitles…the rest doesn’t appear …but to be more clear…
it stays the first phrase for the whole rst of the movie…
what do i do wrong?
must the subtitle have a special format?
if i watch directly with vlc on my computer and put the subtitle it works…and i can see the subtitle….but with the converter i have the problem above…do u have any ideea?
This program would be PERFECT, if only it would do what it promises.
It has an excellent interface, perfect video and audio output, but I have the same problem printul77700 has : only the first line of the subtitle file is displayed during several minutes, then it disappears and no more subtiltles are displayed …
Tried it with different files and on different computers with different operating systems : no go …
Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbour were preparing to do some research about that. We got a good book on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influensive as your information.
Is there a newer version?
